Your privacy matters and I want you to feel safe not just in therapy, but also when visiting this website.
 

If you choose to share your name or email address (for example, by signing up for a newsletter or updates), I want you to know:

• I only collect the information you choose to give me (usually just your name and email address).

• Your details will never be shared or sold to anyone else, for any reason.

• You can unsubscribe at any time (every email I send includes a simple unsubscribe link)

• Your data is stored securely and handled in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
   

If you contact me via a form on this site, the information you provide will only be used to respond to your enquiry. It won’t be added to any mailing list unless you ask for that.
